Growing up I saw the effects of decades of disinvestment — empty storefronts, aging infrastructure, and neighborhoods fighting for opportunities others take for granted. Those experiences shaped my belief that economic growth must reach every community, not just the ones that already have momentum.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked to connect government, the private sector, and community organizations to expand opportunity. That means attracting investment, strengthening workforce pipelines, and making sure local talent can compete in a changing economy.
