Voters need to see on the go and hear about Brian Williams’ accomplishments. Voters need to see on the go–and White voters over 65 may need to read and Black voters over 50 need to hear and may also need to read—messages about the State Tax Commission’s ruling that Jake Zimmerman violated state law by failing to give property taxpayers proper notice before blindsiding them with bigger tax bills they never saw coming.

Black voters, especially cord-cutters, need to continue to see on the go, hear, and read; and white women, especially cordcutters, need to see on the go and read that Brian Williams is a state senator from St. Louis County who was raised by a single mom who worked two jobs and his grandmother in Ferguson. Williams authored Missouri’s landmark criminal justice reform and created a unit that has freed wrongfully convicted men. He has a proven record of getting results, including investing hundreds of millions of dollars in St. Louis County’s higher education, public transit, and public safety. And he has been endorsed by labor unions for firefighters, police officers, carpenters, and many others.
Black voters may also need to hear or read that one of Brian’s signature criminal justice reforms was clean slate expungement, which clears people’s records of minor offenses and helps them get back to work. They may be interested to know that Brian’s grandmother was the first woman to have an international appointment as an Autoworker with UAW.
